What a Guidde plan buys that stepkeep does not
Guidde is a video tool first, and its price pays for the video. If one of these is why you are pricing Guidde, a Guidde plan is the better choice.

Most Guidde pricing pages compare the four plans with each other. The question a person writing SOPs or onboarding guides has is different: what does it cost to hand someone a file with numbered steps and screenshots? At Guidde, that file is the PDF export, and the free plan does not download. So the real starting price is Pro, per creator, every year.
That price is fair for what Guidde runs: video rendering, AI voices, hosted links and a shared library in its cloud. If you never play the video, you pay for it anyway. stepkeep does only the written guide. The recording, the editing, the blur and the export happen in your browser, and nothing is uploaded, so there is no server to bill for.
The team price follows from that. Guidde counts creators, and Business stops at five. stepkeep Team is $149 once for every employee and contractor of one company, whether three people write guides or thirty.

Can I download a Guidde as a PDF on the free plan?
No. Guidde's help center lists download export on Pro, Business and Enterprise only. On Free you can share a guide by link or copy it, and it carries the Guidde watermark.
Do viewers need a paid Guidde seat?
No. Guidde charges for creators, admins and content managers, and viewers are free on every plan. You pay for each person who records guides.
Does stepkeep have a subscription?
No. Personal is $59 once and Team is $149 once. Every update is included, and the licence key is checked inside your browser, so nothing expires and no update can switch it off.
